REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on all purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The hat must be in its original condition, free from signs of wear or use. We understand that trying on a hat indoors is necessary to ensure fit, so this is acceptable. However, hats showing evidence of outdoor use, exposure to hair products, or makeup will be considered worn.
  • To make our return policy as fair and flexible as possible, we’ve implemented a tiered system:
    • Pristine condition: Full refund
    • Minor signs of wear: Partial refund (80% of purchase price)
    • Significant wear: No refund
  • Examples of minor wear (eligible for 80% refund):
    • Slight indentation in the crown from indoor try-ons
    • Minimal creasing along the brim from gentle handling
    • Faint marks that can be easily removed without damaging the hat
  • Examples of significant wear (ineligible for refund):
    • Visible sweat stains or makeup marks
    • Noticeable reshaping of the hat’s structure
    • Damage to the fabric, including tears or stubborn stains
    • Clear signs of outdoor use, such as dirt or sun fading
  • We believe this policy allows our customers the freedom to find their perfect hat while ensuring the integrity of our products. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for guidance.
  • The original tag must still be attached to the hat.
  • The hat must be returned with all original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are also possible within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the same conditions as refunds.

Shipping

Please note the following regarding shipping for returns and exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both for returning the item and for receiving the exchanged item, unless explicitly agreed otherwise by our company.
  • All returns must be shipped using a tracking service. We strongly recommend using USPS (for U.S. customers) or Canada Post (for Canadian customers). In general, public postal services are preferred.
  • In case of a warranty claim, we will refund the shipping cost if the item was returned using a public postal service with the basic shipping plan that offers tracking.
  • All return shipments must be agreed upon with our company before sending.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Await confirmation and shipping instructions from our team.
  3. Package the hat securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using an agreed-upon shipping method with tracking.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out your exchange item.

Please note that failure to comply with these policies may result in a delayed or rejected refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items that do not meet our return conditions.
